Program Membership Type
The addition of a program membership type (under change membership type on the customer record) to allow the membership (for add on products)and EFT billing tabs to appear on a customer record, or ideally another way to get those two tabs to open without categorizing as any type of member.
We have rotating programs participants sign-up for monthly EFT payments and also parents that would like to make advanced (EFT) payments for upcoming summer camp programs to break up the cost. The majority are not members of our facility and subsequent check-in's to climb (paying regular rates) their customer records alert red and notify front counter staff, but at the same time also indicates they have usable guest passes.
In order to create an EFT payment and to add an additional product they must be EFT members - then check the box for non-member check-in for billing purposes only.
For those who we make member's for billing only for x amount of time, what does this do to our member retention and analysis data when we are adding and dropping members for billing only purposes?
