monthly billing
this is our first monthly billing. when I try to bill customers, I get a message that states that the ACH agent has not been configured. but, it looks like it has. I did the test connection and it seems valid. I've called ACH in the past and they say the account looks good to go.
any ideas on the problem? thank you!
