Data Entry Crashing
We are having an issue importing waivers and were wondering if anyone else was having a similar problem. Any time we import a waiver from the Data Entry or POS, the program crashes after hitting the final "OK" button. The document is imported successfully and can be found upon reopening the program, however it takes forever to import multiple waivers into our system. This problem just started a few days ago. Anyone else having this issue?

Does this happen on all workstations, or just one?

We are the Sport Climbing Center in Colorado Springs. We only have one workstation at our facility.

I see nothing in our logs regarding the crashes, which leads me to believe it is in a external component. RGP logs all crashes that happen within its own code.
EXACTLY where does it crash? By final step, what do you mean?

After selecting the customer waiver from the "Find Document" tab, the staff log in box comes up prompting the employee to enter their staff code. Once the staff code is entered and the "OK" button is pressed, the dialog box closes, and the program crashes. This happens both from the Data Entry tab and the POS tab.
Can you take a screenshot of the window BEFORE the crash and then of the crash message and email it to support -at- rockgympro.com please.
And you indicate this only started a few days ago, what if anything changed to the computer? And what operating system is the computer running?
