"online transactions (1)" just hanging out there

Our Online Transactions has a "(1) just hanging out in the button but when opened, there are not pending assignments. Any suggestion for making this go away? Thanks! Scott

  • Any ideas to what may have caused this? I am having the same problem, no orphaned booking and customer history is showing that it has been assigned. Online booking only showing the name of the customer. Cheers

  • Sometimes you can unassign, and then reassign the original transaction to correct, however this may be an odd transaction that had something weird happen to it when assigned.

    Check your email for a solution from RGP Support as I pulled up your data and confirmed the oddity.
