Changing instructors on Individual event weeks
Hi there,
Is it possible to assign a different instructor to each session in an event that has multiple sessions. E.g A 10 week kids programme that has one instructor for sessions, 1,5,7 and 9 and a different instructor for sessions 2,4,6 and 10.
Also when instructors are sick we currently cant tell who covered what, as assigning them to the session puts them across all sessions in the series. To get around this we use event notes currently.
Is there a better way/solution,

Notes are the only method to do this.... instructors are assigned to the entire event series. At this time there is no other work around, sorry. Unfortunately this would be very tricky to change in the software.
