Booking Offerings that share the same Resource
If two offerings share the same resource (with a participant limit of 10) will the remaining amount of allowed participants in each time slot be displayed on each of the bookings?
I'm trying to have 2 different belay classes(one a GROUPON deal) book into the same belay class, but I'm not seeing the available slots updated across the 2 bookings.
I do see the overbook alert on the staff side, but nothing on the customer side...

Your question is a bit unclear since you say "not seeing the available slots across the 2 bookings". I presume you mean across the two events that share the same resource.
If you have things set up correctly, the online side will reflect that proper number of spots remaining if multiple bookings across events are sharing a limited resources. The limitation needs to be set on the resource - i.e. the resource also needs a limit of 10 participants, in addition to the offerings.
Yes, across the 2 events.
I have a resource called Belay Instruction. Its bookings are set to unlimited, its participants are set to 10. Set bookings to 10 as well?
I have 2 offerings that share that resource - Belay Class and Groupon Belay Class. Both are set to require the Belay Instruction resource, and both have Max bookings unlimited, max participants 10, and both are run at the exact same time slots.
What am I missing? Still not seeing the correct available X number of seats available if one offer has participants.
To be clear... you should only see the adjusted # of seats remaining online (after hitting a refresh in your browser).
In the software itself, the staff will get a warning if they try to overbook the event though you can see spots remaining by hitting CHECK RESOURCES. The "spots remaining" in the header will remain the 10.
And looking at your widgets online, I don't see any belay classes with a limit set to 10. I only see 6. So I'm not sure what events you are referring to.
Thanks Andy. Its acting exactly as hoped. I missed the adjusted number of seats online.
Yes, our real world class is 6, I just pulled 10 out of thin air.
