Digital signature for other forms (Not Waiver)
Is there a way I can integrate just the signature input into another form?
We need a simple form to replace the physical 'guest sign in' book we have sitting on the counter.
It just needs simple form fields and then a digital signature capture. This could just be auto saved somewhere, or sent to gdocs, or stored in the database somewhere so we can review it at some point.
Any solutions for this at all?

People use the digital waiver system for all sorts of documents... though it will always require a minimum of name and birthdate + signature since ALL documents must be assigned to customers eventually.
You can go into the waiver management system and create a new blank, document and then add the fields as required.
