Waivers - Allowing customer target to push to notes
Hi Andy & Amy,
I'd like if possible for information from a waiver to be added to a customer note such that pertinent information can be shown at check-in. Alerting on these notes would not be necessary. At present notes are not included in the list of potential customer targets; is this something you would consider adding in the future?
If this were an option it would allow supervising climbers of novices to be displayed automatically without the need for staff to manually enter this information at registration. We would also be looking to utilise this to record instructor qualifications etc.
Alternatively would it be possible to show customer Tags on the check-in screen? Similar to how customer notes are an option at present.
