Required checkboxes on your waiver document - now supported

A reminder that the latest update included support for "required checkboxes" on your waiver document.

For those gyms with LOTS of initials, this is a way to replace the initials with something speedier for your customers to complete.

Simply place //checkbox// on your document when editing it and voila - a required checkbox will appear.
