Hello,
When you sale a membership on the pos system and add a member to it, will it automatically update the customers prepaid current membership dates ? Or do you have to manually change the dates for when that member is current .

  • No, it does not automatically update the customer record and this is by design - there are too many cases where an automatic update would not be the proper action. Additionally there are typically other operations to perform such as assigning a barcode, taking a photo, etc.
