What to use?

I'm starting an indoor inflatable park and this program seems like the best fit.. Was just wondering how and what to use for computer based cash registers or how that entire system would be set up.. I want my computer, scanners, key tags, and registers all connected.. Thank you

  • Each cash drawer must be connected to its own receipt printer, so no.

But only the busiest facilities need two cash drawers. Almost all gyms just use one cash drawer (but with multiple computers sharing it).

You build the waiver within RGP using your own legal text. We strongly recommend ipads for the waiver stations for the best user experience, but laptops will work.

  • You've been a tremendous help.. This is my first indoor business like this so if my questions seem elementary please bare with me..lol How will I connect ipads to the pc and after building waiver on pc transfer to ipads then back again? Also I will be offering party rooms and would like customers to be able to check availability online and also book using cc.. Does RGP have a scheduling feature or is there one you can recommend? Thank you

  • As long as you have a wireless network in your facility, then the waivers will be transmitted to RGP.

Online booking will be available in early Summer (2014) for RGP. It is currently under development.

  • Is there a scheduling software you currently recommend? And you think a touch screen laptop is a good alternative to the ipad? Just asking cause I'll be ordering soon

  • http://www.bookeo.com is what most gyms use for now. It's better that the others.

I recommend iPads, period. If you get a laptop expect customers to break it, steal it, or spill coffee on it. And then you'll be buying a laptop anyways. And if you want signatures, you'll need to spend $400 on a signature pad for the laptop. Customers won't touch the screen to sign.

See the photos on this page: http://www.rockgympro.com/?page_id=940
