Balance Mismatch?
We have a EFT member who never gets charged because of a "Balance Mismatch".
In the Billing Center, when it lists the list of members who still owe a balance, his name is there and under "Recent" it says "Balance Mismatch - Unable to create transaction - Check to be sure that EFT information is create."
What does that mean and how can we fix it?

If you email support @ rockgympro.com the specific gym name I will download your data and investigate. It sounds like a staff member did something strange to the member.
Andy - we are experiencing this issue as well.
Typically this is the result of a staff member voiding an invoice during the billing process.
I presume you've tried the "Fix Balance Mismatch" button on the persons Invoice and Account window (it's a red button).
If you have tried that button without success, email support @ rockgympro.com with which location and the customer's name and I'll investigate.

Just emailed. The "fix balance" button is either unresponsive or not working.
