Integration with Quickbooks Online

I am considering using the online version of Quickbooks because of the mobile freedom that it offers and because I can use it across both Windows and Mac platforms.
Can I z-off to the online version?

  • RGP does not integrate directly with QB Online. You can export the Journal Entry report as a CSV and import into QB using third party tools.

  • I'm hoping to use RGP in my new gym in the UK but I'd really like to be able to use Quickbooks Online. Is this likely to become a possibility any time soon? If not, will the API be able to handle this?

P.S the test question to register was hard, I had to really think about it!

  • I don't have any plans to support QB online, at least for the next year or so.

RGP outputs a very simple CSV file containing the journal entries, and there are many third party tools that can be used to automatically add these journal entries quickly from the CSV file into QBOnline.

Alternately, you could easily use the QB API and set it up to parse the CSV file and add the entries to QBOnline.
