Not a huge deal, but the signed credit card receipt doesn't fit well in our drawer. Is there a way to make it shorter (maybe not itemized) for the customer signature?

Go to your POS workstation, data entry->Manage->settings- This Workstation tab- Extra Line Feeds After Receipt is defaulted to 7, you can change the number to make your receipts shorter.
