Freeze Fee

I noticed that when a customer unfreezes his or her EFT, the prorated dues do not reflect the $8 freeze fee they already paid at the beginning of the month. Is there any way for RGP to subtract that freeze fee when adding unfreeze prorated dues to the customer's account?

    No there is not, and that is by design. The freeze fee is a service charge for the privilege of freezing. If it was backed out of the prorated dues there would be zero cost to a customer to freeze and thaw their membership at will.
