Is the responsible party charged even if their billing date has been moved?
I have a customer who is being credited 14 months of membership for some help with a gym project. The simplest solution I can think of is to change his next dues post date to 14 months from now.
Unfortunately he has family members on his EFT account he is responsible for. Would he still be charged for his family members even if his own billing date is in the future?

Bump the next bill date out for the responsible party... but NOT the family members.
