Confirmation Email

We've been running the RGP online waiver for months now and, overall, it works great. However, occasionally I come across someone who never receives the confirmation email, not even in their spam or junk mail folder. Do you have any idea why this might be happening? Is there anything I can tell these people to try?

    We use a third party to deliver email, and my audits indicate that email are being sent reliably. What happens after it is delivered is beyond pur control. Many time corporate networks fail to deliver email - it happens all the time. Even though they accept the emai
    , it gets swallowed on their side.

    Additionally many times the user entered their email incorrectly. In reviewing the logs I'd guess that 1-2% of users enter their email incorrectly. Seriously.

    Bottom line - we do everything we can do reliably deliver email but not everything is in our control.

    If you can get their email addresses and approximate time I can review the logs for a specific case to find out what happened.
