  • If you are talking about the % discounts - look at the main Sales Report... it has a spot if the item had a discount applied.

  • We made a specific 10% off discount that appears in the discount pull down menu in POS. What I'd like to do is track how often a certain coupon has been redeemed by seeing how many times that specific 10% off discount has been used. Unfortunately, the sales report only shows that a 10% discount has been applied and not which one was applied. Is there any way for me to get that information?

    Thanks!

  • You can make the 10% off a specific product in Data Entry (and attach a negative dollar amount for the coupon) and then add the product to the quick buttons at POS. Then this 10% item would show up in reports because it's a product- giving you the information.

  • That would work really well if the coupon was for a specific product. Unfortunately, the coupon is for any product any time. Any other ideas?

  • Hi -

No other ideas for a 10% coupon, but you can easily make a fixed dollar amount coupon as a product that you can apply to any product.
