school credit ?
I'm sure this has been asked, but I can't find it...
I have a college climbing club that has the school pre-pay for their use. They can use this credit for anything from lessons, rental and day passes to Gatorade and snacks....how do I log a credit and then deduct from it over time as it is used? and still keep track of sales accurately?
