RGP not recognizing the web cam
When I try to take a pic. of a member, RGP is telling me that I have no camera (90% of the time!)My webcam is connected through a USB port, when it works, RGP asks me to choose the camera, since I have a webcam built into the laptop screen, as well as a separate webcam. i got the additional webcam since RGP did not recognize the webcam that is built into the laptop.

Hi Malek,
I've not heard of any other problems connecting to a web cam, so it must be something specific to your laptop unfortunately.
Some ideas:
* Remove the driver (or disable) the integrated web cam.
* Make sure you have the latest driver for the new webcam.
