When you sign up for a RGP paid plan it is for a 12-month commitment. And when you signed the contract a PDF copy should have been sent to your email address with all the details. I will send you a copy from our RGP database.
That being said, if you want to upgrade your service level or move to the cloud this can occur after you submit a new RGP Paid Plan agreement.
