How to prevent double booking for online reservations

We have an issue that our online booking for our party room shows all of the available bookings even if they are ALREADY booked! Resulting in a room getting double-booked...what are we missing on the online publishing so this won't continue to happen

  • You have to edit the offering and put a check mark into reserve. So anytime your party room is booked, it can only be used by one offering at a time.

    So double click your offering under manage schedule and you should be able to see the settings page.
