Adding Documents

We have recently downloaded RGP, we are looking to still use paper waivers rather than digital waivers. Do you have to sign up the a paid plan to be able to add a copy of a signed waiver to a profile?

  • You don't need a paid plan to "check" the waiver box on a profile and record that the customer has a waiver. But to upload and store scanned documents, yes you do. The documents are stored in the cloud and managed by our services.
