employee membership

we give our full time employees a free gym membership along with 1 other family member. how do we configure the free membership for the family member so that there is no warning?

    Set them up as a FREE member. Customer type MEMBER... billing type FREE. You can associate them as family members for tracking purposes. I suggest you put an end date on it in case the employee leaves and you forget about the family member. Then at least they'd eventually trigger a warning if they keep checking in.
