Quickbooks with 2 facilities
We have two facilities that are 1-1/2 hrs apart and we do not get much member cross over between facilities; therefore, they are not connected in RPG multi-facility mode. Facility 1 is our main office and the location were I do all the accounting. What is the best way to export the sales data from facility 2 and import it into Quickbooks at Facility 1? Will GoToMyPC or something similar work to link to RGP at Facility 2 with Quickbooks at Facility 1 for exporting the data?

The Journal Entry report lists the actual transactions to enter into QB. You can save that as a CSV/Excel worksheet and either manually transcribe them into the "other" gym, or use a third party tool to import the CSV as journal entries. At this time, I do not have any specific tools to recommend but I imagine a Goolge search will yield something.
GoToMyPC or similar won't work because RGP communicates directly with the Quickbooks application on the computer.
And to be clear, in the multigym version you can connect across and transfer automatically to Quickbooks.
Are the gyms two separate businesses? If so they should be two separate quickbooks files. In that case you could have Quickbooks running on each server and transfer locally. And then for the remote gym, just use LogMeIn or Google Chrome Free Remote Desktop to it to do the Quickbooks work.
The gyms are not separate businesses; therefore, we are running one Quickbooks file, with separate classifications for each location (set up per our accountant).
Due to the distance from one another and after speaking with Amy, we thought running them independently and not in the multigym version would be the best option. However, I'm not sure if that was the right choice with some of the limitations in singular mode. If we decide down the road that we should have set them up in the multigym version, can that be accomplished or are we stuck in the singular facility version?
