Problems with freezing

Afternoon, I am having an issue with freezing a customer:
He came in last week 21st with a really bad back injury that was going to take him out for a long while - so we froze his account.
1 week later (28th) he came back saying all was Ok now and could he be unfrozen.

The system then billed him for £6.19 (pro rated amount until the billing date (3rd of the month) I assume ?) although he had already paid in full that month.

I assume the system works this way as it assumes that he hasn't paid anything this month because the account is frozen ?

  • Yeah, this is just an unusual situation where he froze/thawed in the same month. You can just go in and void the invoice.
