I'm trying to change the dues in EFT and have gone to DUES CHANGES but when I run Billing the OLD dues appear and not the new ones. What am I doing wrong?
Presumably you just changed the dues LIST in settings, not the actual dues on members. To change the dues on members themselves, go to Manage -> Mass Dues Change.
Yes I went to MANAGE - DUES CHANGE and changed there but now there are old prices and new prices but in billing the old prices remain. Is there a Mass dues change also? Is there a way of deleting those old prices?
You need to use that window to APPLY the changes to customers as required. You've updated your price list, but not actually applied the changes to any customers yet.
