DUES CHANGED IN EFT

I'm trying to change the dues in EFT and have gone to DUES CHANGES but when I run Billing the OLD dues appear and not the new ones. What am I doing wrong?

  • Presumably you just changed the dues LIST in settings, not the actual dues on members. To change the dues on members themselves, go to Manage -> Mass Dues Change.

  • Yes I went to MANAGE - DUES CHANGE and changed there but now there are old prices and new prices but in billing the old prices remain. Is there a Mass dues change also? Is there a way of deleting those old prices?

  • You need to use that window to APPLY the changes to customers as required. You've updated your price list, but not actually applied the changes to any customers yet.
