Hi Andy,

Does RGP's email system support HTML? I have created a 'responsive' layout but am having trouble getting it to actually work.

You cannot embed custom HTML within the email system, so therefor you cannot create a "custom" responsive layout. Not should you really need to if the goal is simply a responsive email... if you create a simple email (which is what the system is designed for), the various email clients (GMail, etc.) will properly display it as responsive.

Thanks, I think that's it. I am trying to create a more complex looking email. I presume then that I cannot create an email layout using HTML directly in the editor?

Yes, no raw HTML is allowed.
