How to Cash out a Gift Card?
CA law requires that we cash out all gift cards with a balance of less than $10 on it. Today we had our first person request cash back. Sadly, we were flummoxed on how to do this in POS. Any tips/hints? Thanks!

Well, that's a new one!
Sort of a hack needed:
* Add ANY item to the transaction for the amount of the "cash out".
* Redeem the gift card for that amount in the transaction.
* Delete the first item you added.
And complete the transaction..... using whatever refund method you desire.
