Online booking only working in Internet Explorer

Anyone else in the UK having issues where customers are informed at the payment screen that the CVC or CVV is missing when using a web browser other than Internet Explorer or Edge?

  • This has been corrected as of noon in UK on March 10th.

    Stripe broke their payment popup yesterday (shame on them), and rather than wait for them to fix it I scrambled and modified the integration method between RGP and Stripe. Unfortunately, the UK bug was collateral damage that only got brought to my attention 5 hours ago... but it is now fixed and payments are again flowing through Stripe in the UK.

  • Great stuff, just had a report from a customer of it still not working. But tests at our end confirm it is now back up so it must have been user error.

  • They may need to refresh their browser and/or start a booking over.
