Status ok prompts
Every time a prepaid membership expires and I sell a new one RGP prompts me to change the customer's status to ok. Am I doing something wrong? This is extremely annoying as we have a lot of prepaid memberships and 95% of the time they expire before a new membership is added.

Not sure what exactly you are experiencing, but RGP will only "warn" about adding an OK status if you configure a prepaid membership for new dates and the member was previously expired and has a TERMINATE status. This is correct behavior.
If the membership has already expired , you can also use the Quick Configure (lower, left corner of the Customer window) to quickly configure a 1 or 12 month membership.
That's what it is. All of our prepaid memberships are terminating and then when I choose to add a month or set # months from today I get the warnings.
Does it negatively impact the reporting for member retention to constantly have memberships expiring (terminating) and the restarting with new dates?
And if quick configuring is the solution would it be possible to add a 3 month and 6 month option to those?
If their membership expires, then yes it does impact the retention report since that report reflects CONTINUOUS memberships.
