Multiple calender bookings to POS
We have the following scenario at our centre. We have a maximum number of participants for a session of 10. However the participants can be adults or children and therefore have different prices. We have set this up on the calendar to work however how can we process the payments in POS as one?
E.g. A member would like to book 1 adult and 1 child into a session. I can send the individual bookings to POS but I can not get both to sit in POS at the same time! This means two payments would have to be taken instead of one.
Although this is not currently a problem if we are entering bookings manually this will cause a problem if a customer want to make this type on booking on line and pay for it in a single transaction....
Any thoughts would be very welcome. Thank you.

Is there a reason you are using multiple bookings rather than just adding two participants to a single booking (1 adult and 1 child) and then sending that single booking to POS?
We have the following available for our sessions; supervised, unsupervised - adult, unsupervised - child and a maximum of 10 participants total. When we asked how to set this up that was the way it was described. We have an offering for each type of booking. How do I add two participants to a single booking if they are for different offerings?
Thank you.
I'm not sure of other requirements you may have whereby different offerings make sense.... but solely for different PARTICIPANT TYPES the proper procedure would be to create participant types (Manage Calendar -> Settings) and then allow those participant types on a single offering. You can control pricing by participant types.
See the video on OFFERING - PRICING for how to have different pricing by participant types.

And you can set a maximum of 10 participants specifically on the offering....
