Printing booking calendars
Does anyone have an aesthetic solution for printing a calendar list of available offerings from the booking system?
The iCal link seems a likely way of doing it, but our events are set to only show if booked, and this is reflected in the iCal feed.
Is there some other way to export this data?
I want to be able to print a weekly(or monthly) overview of all available offerings.

The best way might be to create a web calendar widget with the offerings and print from the web.
I'll look into the possibilities of adding a calendar print feature in the future.

That was the first thing I tried, but the issue is the graphical presentation of the individual bookings don't scale the same as the days of the week so it looks messy and some stuff is just cut off.
Is there a (easy-ish) way to get the data out of RGP? The ical links would be perfect if there was a way to have them show all events. Once the data is out of RGP, there are numerous templates and plug-ins for google/outlook/word/etc.. for making printable calendars.
I guess a temporary workaround would be to set every event to show all instances not only booked ones, populate calendar of choice, then set it back.
