Another newbie question
Hello again, thanks again for your help with setting up RGP+Stripe last week - that is all OK now. The next problem, or probably misunderstanding is getting the booking working - I will try and clarify below.
Procedure:
In Data Entry program, set up a product, e.g. "Go Climb - Standard":
- set price to £9 - how to set up Under 18's price???
Having set up the product, open Calendar program and click Manage Schedule:
- add schedule, e.g. Standard Climb/Boulder
- - on Schedule tab, check "Allow Bookings" and "GGC Hours" dependency
- - on Booking tab, set 2 participant types: "Adult" and "Under 18"
- - on Pricing tab, for product choose "Go Climb - Standard"
- - - set 2 pricing rules for : Adults (£9) and Under 18s (£7)
After closing manage schedule window, set daily schedule and test on web site at https://www.ggclimbing.com/goclimb.html. Click the first "Book Now" button - booking works OK for Adults but not Under 18s - what am I missing in the procedure???
Sorry for lumbering you again - it must be a pain being an expert in RGP and having to deal with these simple problems!!!

If you want different pricing for adults and children, then you need to specify the specific pricing details for each participant type when defining your pricing rule.
From the looks of it you only specified pricing for the adult type. Or alternately the pricing rule for the children is incorrect.

Thanks Andy, I didn't see the ticket reply. I have reviewed the settings again and it was due to a misunderstanding of pricing rules - I only needed one rule.
