how often to restart ipad waiver stations
Hopefully I can get some feedback form those that have been using ipads for a while now. We are fairly new to using them and waiver stations in general. Basically I am wondering how often gyms are restarting them. We have had several times now that customers fill out the waiver and hit send and it just hangs. We have to restart the ipads and get them customers to fill out the waiver again. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, have they found a solution? Also, could we just not be restarting often enough?
