Telephone Booking + 1 participant - Correct POS?
Hi Andy,
Scenario as follows:
Customer calls up to book a single session for them and a friend.
We take their details and increase participants to 2
Price of Session is £20 so total should be £40 (2 people)
RGP is only showing total of £20 for the booking and only sends 1 session to POS.
If we change quantity in POS to 2, the booking then shows £20 owed to customer?
What are we missing?

Are your pricing rules correct? The pricing rules have both fixed and variable pricing slots.
Additionally, if you change a booking after it was initially created RGP will not automatically change the price. Instead, it shows you the proper new price at the bottom of the grid and it highlights the current (now incorrect) price. You can press Modify Price to accept the new price. This is an intentional step so that the staff understands they are changing a booking's price.
