One of our programs does not start at zero for participants!

We just opened our third gym and are in the process of finalizing said location's booking calendar. For some odd reason, no matter what we do, the registration for one of our classes always sets both Members and Non-Member participants at "1" in the drop down menu, rather than "0". We've tried everything and it keeps reverting to "1". All settings are the same as our other two locations... any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • In calendar settings, under participants, make sure the range of each participant type is zero to whatever max you want.
