Digital Waiver Form Editing / Display -- Required Fields Require Subtitles

If you leave a required field's subtitle empty, the red asterisk that notifies a customer to a required field does not appear.

  • I am not clear on exactly what you are asking? Can you send an email to amy@rockgympro.com and attach a screenshot of the information you are trying to capture on your digital waiver in the subfield?
Then I maybe able to address your question.
    thanks

  • Not a question, just reporting a bug with the digital waiver form editor. Screenshots are here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B7rnw-lLUNiSTTJlc0FJRVhqTXc&usp=sharing

    • 1A. Form settings for a required field with a custom subtitle entry
    • 1B. Published form shows custom subtitle with red asterisk identifying it as a required field (as expected)
    • 2A. Form settings for a required field without a custom subtitle entry
    • 2B. Published form shows a required field without a subtitle entry; missing the red asterisk to show the field is required

This wouldn't be a problem if we provided a custom subtitle for all required fields, but some required fields are self-explanatory (based on the group heading) and don't need a subtitle tip identifying them as such. If a field is required, the red asterisk should always be printed whether there exists a subtitle tip or not.
