"Image cannot be saved" when try to use webcam
Hi,
I am getting the following message when I try to take a picture with my webcam:
"Image cannot be saved. Try taking picture again"
I have tried 2 webcams on 2 different installations and get that same message. Both webcams work fine in other apps, so I am sure I have not configured something properly. Another computer attached to the same MySql instance has no problems with its webcam (built-in, laptop).
Any ideas?

Sorry you are having trouble. Is the web cam one of the recommended cams? Unfortunately, the access method RGP uses just doesn't work with some web cams.
Give one of the recommended web cams a try (in this PDF)

I ended up solving my problem, as Andy recommends, by trying another web cam. It wasn't on the approved list (it was an older Logitech) and it worked. The one that didn't work for me was a new-ish "no name" brand, which was 720p.
