Form logic in the Waiver Station module
I know there is built in logic based on age which presents particular information. This works great for our waivers and minor waivers, saving us from creating a multitude of versions of each form.
I was wondering if there was a logic option based on an answer in the form questions. That is, if a participant responds with a particular answer from a choice list, then particular content would present itself on the form. We have extra prompts in our skills check for youth or those testing out with an assisted locking device and I would like those to be present without creating a list of things staff would ignore 75% of the time in delivering a standard skills check.
A plan B would be to see if there is an options initials field. That is, the staff would select to add their initials for a section they saw a patron demonstrate.

There is no logic on the form based on questions, sorry. While there is an initial field, it is not optional as you've probably discovered.
