Digital Waivers and other forms

Do you have any content that goes further in to depth on the Wavier storage and document attachment to a member profile? We currently use a database management program to house our waiver, policies form, and skills check and our staff use an iPad to complete the work with patrons. The database was built in house and it works...but I would love to know that RGP is a better fix. The waiver walk-through looks great, but how do other forms work? Any examples out there? I assume a policy page will function very similarly to the waiver, but my concern is the skills check. If the skills check is used in RGP, does it have to be completed by every patron, or can it be an option form (seeing as how not every patron goes through a skills check). Also, would it be possible for staff to complete that form via a wireless connected iPad (one not used as a 'Waiver Station')? The website mentions 'document uploads', would this be a better solution for the skills check? FileMaker Pro can export each skills check as a pdf, but I'm wondering how efficient that would be for us.
