Ipad apps for signature capture
We require spectators to sign in on a clipboard if they aren't climbing. It's basically a short disclaimer saying they won't climb and understand they can still be injured will watching. We want to use the Ipad to have the same disclaimer, capture a signature, time stamp it and store the info so it can be downloaded to a file later. All the apps I see aren't that simple. They require you to create a new document or save each one with a unique name, pay for each signature, etc. Does anyone do anything like this and found a simple app that the person can sign, hit done and have it refresh for the next person?

You can remove all but the participant name and signature and there is an iPad app.
So satisfied with this app, I have been using it in my climbing experiences, but hopefully they will have more better features.
