ACH Bank Draft
i've been trying to figure out how to process a bank draft with a voided check, can anyone help?
I've typed in all the routing.account info and went to process billing, says its 2 steps, but now states "You have ACH events that have not been transmitted/submitted, go to the billing events tab and complete the events."
When i go to the billing events tab, it highlights the transaction in red, and even when i 'edit' and change it to completed, it stays red.... What do i need to do? cant seemed to find the process on how to complete ACH payments anywhere...

Hello Abby,
First question, have you set up your facility with ACHWorks? This is the first step to process billing with a checking or savings account. If you go to: Data Entry->Settings->Manage-Click on the Payments and Billing Tab. Here you will see it has a box next to Billing ACH/Draft, if the drop down box has ACHWorks?T$$ and a configure box next to it, then you are setup with ACHWorks.
If not, click on the yellow button that says: Click here for information on the Payment Gateways.

If you are setup with ACHWorks, then yes you do need to go into billing and click download ACH responses to have the funds downloaded. You do need to manually click edit, this leads to believe you are not setup with ACHWorks.
