Gear Included?
When adding a customer / configuring a member, what does the "gear included" drop down box do? For example, what does choosing "always" effect?
We have one type of membership that includes free rental gear. Even though it would create a zero dollar transaction we would still like our staff to create a POS transaction so we can track gear usage. It would be ideal if the price for this rental gear item would automatically zero for these specific members. Does this drop down box provide this functionality? Or is the box simply used as a reference for our staff?

Hi Ian,
That option just shows "Gear Included" on the check-in screen to let your staff know that this customer has gear included.
I'd just make a different product called (Rental Gear Included) with a $0 price and sell that.
