Customer lost membership card
Hi,
I am considering using RGP with 39 barcode cards. How does RGP deals with the scenario of customers losing their membership card, and requesting to be issued with a new one (which will have a different barcode to the one lost) without setting up a new customer? i.e. link the new card to the existing customer.

You assign the barcode number to the customers from preprinted membership cards, so you can reassign numbers as much as you like. Just grab a new, blank membership card from the stack... put the number in the customer record, and hand the card to the customer.
You can order membership cards (key chain tags are best) in bulk for quite cheap.
