E-Waiver Preview Warning

I received an email from a customer today saying she found it annoying that if you fill out all the fields in the online waiver and then preview the document, when you navigate back the data is lost. Is there any way you can add a written warning at the top of the page advising people to preview the document before filling out the fields? Or can you set the 'preview document' button to open in a new window?

The fields will be saved in the vast majority of browsers, but unfortunately some do not save the fields and there isn't much I can do about it. The warning might be problematic as it will scare people, but I'll think about it.
Fair enough, thanks. You'd think if someone was going to read the document, they'd do it before filling it out but I guess not.
