Ability to open cash drawer
Until recently, only staff with 'power' authority or higher could open the cash drawer. However, now several staff members who are at 'staff' level can also open the cash drawer. Why is this and can we disable it?

Yes, many gyms wanted this to allow the ability for staff members to make change.
The next update will contain a report that allows you to see which staff members opened the cash drawer and when.
But there's no way to disable it?
Not in the current version, but perhaps in the next (early Nov).
I understand that allowing staff to make change is useful and that being able to track when each employee opens the drawers decreases security concerns. However, we regularly have 15 person shifts during our busier times and allowing all of those people access to the cash drawer presents both a security risk and increases the chances that the cash drawers will end up over or under. Unless you can pinpoint when a cash mistake or theft took place, knowing which staff member opened the drawer and when they did so isn't that helpful. As a result, I'd really like to be able to disable that function come the next update. Thanks for your time and help.
The next update includes the ability to specify the minimum access level required to use the "open cash drawer" button.
