Late Fees

I have a member who's EFT did not go through for 2 months. First month I was able to add a late fee, but can't add a late fee for second month. RGP says "This customer already has a late fee for the current month". When looking at customer "invoices & payments" tab only 2 monthly fees and 1 late fee are listed as due and the late fee is for the prior month, not the current.

  • Yeah, this is a "safety" feature so you don't accidently add two late fees. Just add the late fee manually in POS (sell the late fee to the customer and invoice their account).
