Punchcard workflow
I expect RGP to handle following case:
1. Customer purchases 10x punch card with no expiration date.
2. Customer uses 2x from punch card
3. Customer purchases 5x card with expiration date in 2 months. (spring campaign)
4. Customer uses 4x punches before 2 months are gone
5. Customer has total 8x punches left
Is there a workflow to check for expiring punches and using them before the non-expiring punches?

Yes, punches (should!) work as you expect.

If i change system settings from no expiration to 6 month expiration, does it apply an expiration to all punches in the system, or just the ones sold after the change?

Just the ones sold after change will be effected... I will say, 6 month expiration is pretty aggressive though. You may annoy alot of customers moving forward. Just my two cents :)
