Anonymous sales

Hello,

This forum is quite effective :)

I have another question: when I want to make an anonymous sale, a message comes up reading : cant load generic member id # 1005 Continue?
If I say yes, it closes the POS all together

    My only thought is that the individual who installed your database modified the files directly and deleted the anonymous user account.

    I can fix this, but it will involve me logging in and modifying your database.

    Have you considered the premium support plan? (Sorry, I gotta ask!)

    Alternately I can do this for a one-time fee, but it will involve the hourly rate.
